Mumbai, March 24, 2026: Athena – BKC, a residential project developed by Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited, has recorded robust sales momentum, with more than 90% of its inventory already sold as it enters the final phase of construction. The project is located close to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), one of Mumbai’s key commercial districts, and reflects sustained buyer interest in the Bandra East corridor.

The growing appeal of this micro-market is closely tied to its transformation into a major urban hub, supported by expanding infrastructure and its proximity to prominent business centres. Homebuyers are increasingly prioritising residences that offer shorter commute times along with reliable project delivery, and developments in this region are aligning with those expectations.

Sharing insights on the project’s response, Amit Paranjape, Director – Business Development at Paranjape Schemes Construction Private Limited, highlighted that the strong sales performance underscores continued demand for premium housing in Bandra. He noted that properties offering seamless access to BKC, while also being well connected to the western suburbs and South Mumbai through major routes such as the Western Express Highway and upcoming metro connectivity, tend to attract both end-users and investors.

He further added that homebuyers today are making more considered decisions, viewing real estate not just as a place to live but also as a long-term investment. Athena – BKC comprises a total of 215 residential units across 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK configurations. Project data indicates that 197 units have already been sold, leaving only 18 homes currently available. The 1BHK segment has seen complete absorption, with all 26 units sold. In the 2BHK category, 155 out of 160 units have been booked, leaving just five units, while the 3BHK segment has recorded 16 sales out of 29 units, with 13 still available.

The project is situated at the intersection of the New BKC Link Road and the Western Express Highway, providing direct access to BKC and ensuring connectivity to other parts of Mumbai. Over the years, the surrounding area has witnessed increased residential demand, particularly from professionals working in nearby business districts.
