Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited has announced a fresh round of residential project launches across Pune West, aligning with the upcoming festive season—a period traditionally associated with increased homebuying activity. He also highlighted the company’s expanding presence across multiple cities and its focus on large-scale integrated developments.
Among the project locations, Sinhgad Road continues to attract buyers due to its established infrastructure and connectivity to central Pune. Bhugaon is emerging as a preferred destination for those seeking a mix of natural surroundings and urban accessibility, with improving infrastructure and links to Kothrud and the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway. Hinjewadi Phase 1, located near Pune’s major IT hub, remains a key residential choice for professionals working in the technology corridor.
Pune’s residential real estate market continues to witness steady demand, driven by its robust IT sector, infrastructure development, and expanding urban boundaries. The newly announced projects are expected to appeal to both end-users and investors targeting high-growth areas.
