Real estate developer Supreme Universal has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Supreme Rivana, a riverfront development spread across 12.6 acres in Pune’s Punawale area.
The project is designed as a gated community located along a riverside stretch, aiming to combine natural surroundings with urban living. It will feature multiple residential towers offering configurations of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes.
According to the company, the development has been planned to integrate open spaces, functional design, and community-oriented infrastructure. The project will be executed in phases and is expected to have a total development potential exceeding 3 million square feet. The estimated investment for construction is over ₹1,500 crore.
Vishal Jumani, Joint Managing Director of Supreme Universal, said the project reflects the company’s focus on creating well-designed living environments that prioritize both comfort and usability. He noted that the development seeks to combine the appeal of riverside living with practical residential planning.
The towers are being designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and views, with heights reaching up to 30 floors in the initial phase. The first phase will include a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, along with multi-level parking facilities.
A key highlight of the project is a multi-level clubhouse spanning more than 50,000 square feet, which the company claims will be among the largest in West Pune. The development will include a wide range of amenities such as sports facilities like pickleball and padel courts, along with more than 50 lifestyle features catering to different age groups.
In addition, the project incorporates significant green planning, including landscaped open areas and the plantation of over 700 trees, aimed at enhancing the overall living environment.
The location of the project is expected to benefit from upcoming infrastructure developments, including the proposed Ring Road and the Navi Mumbai International Airport, which could improve regional connectivity. Punawale already offers access to major routes such as the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, NH-48, and the Hinjewadi IT hub.
The area has seen steady residential growth in recent years, supported by improving social infrastructure and proposed metro connectivity. Its proximity to employment centres like Hinjewadi and Baner has contributed to rising demand among homebuyers and investors.
Supreme Rivana is situated between the Aundh-Ravet BRTS corridor and NH-48, placing it within one of the more developed pockets of Punawale. The developer positions the project as a differentiated offering in the micro-market, focusing on layout efficiency, design, and community living.
Jumani added that the continued development of infrastructure and strong end-user demand in the PCMC region have supported consistent growth in the area. He highlighted that Punawale is increasingly being preferred for its connectivity, larger residential options, and planned developments.
With this launch, Supreme Universal aims to strengthen its presence in Pune’s residential market while continuing its focus on delivering projects that balance design, functionality, and long-term value.
