Hyderabad’s Neelam Pandey wins ‘Mrs. Popular’ at Mrs. World International 2025A journey of resilience, reinvention, and rising with grace

HYDERABAD, JULY 17
When Neelam Pandey walked the stage at the Mrs. World International 2025 finale on July 12 in Gurugram, she wasn’t just representing herself — she was representing every woman who has ever had to rebuild, rise, and rediscover her voice.

Out of 25,000+ women from across the world, only 150 finalists made it to the grand stage — and Neelam, a Hyderabad-based Learning & Development leader, stood out for more than just her elegance. She brought with her a life story filled with strength, humility, and quiet power — which earned her the well-deserved title of Mrs. Popular.

Born in Uttar Pradesh and raised in Odisha by her maternal grandparents, Neelam lost her mother at the age of 3. With no parental presence around her, it was the love and values of her grandparents that became her foundation — instilling in her a deep-rooted resilience that shines through even today.

In her professional life, Neelam leads Learning & Development at a global organization, driving transformation, capability building, and purposeful growth. She believes in creating space for others to thrive — and now, she’s using her voice on a global platform to do just that.

“This win is deeply personal,” Neelam shares. “It belongs to my incredible husband, Vitosh Bohidar, whose believe in me never wavered. He’s been my constant anchor, my loudest cheerleader, and the strength behind every step I’ve taken. And to my forever family — thank you for being my roots and my reason.”

Mrs. World International 2025, under the powerful leadership of Mrs. Barkha Nangia, Director of Mrs. World International & Glamour Gurgaon, and Mr. Abhishek Nangia, is more than a pageant. It’s a celebration of married women — of their individuality, leadership, dreams, and ability to shine at every age and stage.

“This platform didn’t just give me a crown — it gave me confidence, community, and a chance to remind women everywhere that their story matters,” Neelam says.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that crowns aren’t always made of metal and jewels — sometimes, they’re built from courage, belief, and the decision to never give up.
